This is for the Adapter only, nothing else is included.
This is an OEM Barnett Part, it should look exactly like the bracket you are replacing.
Please note, these bottom picatinny rail mounts are not compatible with newer side picatinny rail mounting lightweight quivers or Premium Quivers. The newer quivers require the offset composite sidemount bracket or composite sidemount bracket, that mount to the side picatinny rail.
